Lorgues is situated in the region of the Centre Var in the heart of Provence. It is ideally positioned to explore this beautiful region. The Mediterranean coast is about forty minutes away with a choice from Nice all the way to Toulon being around or just over the hour. This includes towns such as Antibes, Cannes, St Tropez, Cavalaire and Lavandou down to Hyeres near Toulon. If the coast is not your prime aim then turn inland and explore the stunning countryside leading to the Gorge de verdon. (Reputed to be one of the largest natural gorges in the world.)
The village of Lorgues is 10 – 15 minutes walk from the Domaine and has all facilities including Supermarkets, gift shops, various restaurants and a Cinema. Every Tuesday morning in the centre of the village you can enjoy the atmosphere of one of the best Provencal markets around.
There are beautiful walks available in the surrounding countryside and there is the possibility of Tennis and Horse riding nearby.
